The University of California, Berkeley is committed to protecting the privacy and accuracy of confidential information to the extent possible, subject to provisions of state and federal law. Other than as required by laws that guarantee public access to certain types of information, or in response to subpoenas or other legal instruments that authorize access, personally-identifiable information is not actively shared. American Truck Parking servers collect the following analytics:

Survey Opportunity:

American Truck Parking may offer an opportunity for users to take a survey about their experience. Identifying information is not collected during the survey. One in 50 persons taking the survey will receive a $50 Amazon.com gift certificate, selected through a random drawing. If survey participants choose to enter into the random drawing for a gift card, they provide an email address. The email address is only used to distribute the gift certificates and is not saved or shared with a third party.

Cookies
American Truck Parking  uses "cookies" in order to deliver web content specific to individual users' interests or to keep track of online purchasing transactions. Sensitive personal information is not stored within cookies.

If you wish, you can opt out of receiving a cookie by changing your browser settings to prevent the receipt of cookies, and your ability to use the site should not be affected.
